A Note of Thanks to the Congregation:  Sandra and I join in expressing our heartfelt thanks for the “Covered Dish Dinner” you provided last Sunday.  What a kind and thoughtful gesture this was by all of you.  It indicates the kind of warm spirit that exists among the Lord’s people here at Memorial.  We are looking forward to our time together during our tenure here, and covet your prayers as we worship and work together for the advancement of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus.  With thanks and God’s blessings,

Volunteers Needed:  Volunteers are needed in the Church office for general office work and answering phones on Thursday afternoons from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.  We also need a few substitutes as well to fill in as our weekly volunteers need to be out.  Please contact Stacy Taylor at (334) 274-1018 or via email:

The Encouragers:  “Thank You” hardly seems an adequate word to acknowledge all that the “Encouragers” do here at Memorial.  So many of our members have been on the receiving end of their thoughtfulness and generosity.  So, thank you for who you are and what you are.  May the blessings and benedictions of Him who we love and serve be upon you daily.

Sanctuary Flowers:  If you would like to place sanctuary flowers on a Sunday in memory of or in honor of someone, please contact Suzi Kelley at 201-2023 or via e-mail .  Please note that a second arrangement can be added to the chancel on any Sunday.

Announcements:  If you have an item you would like included in the Sunday bulletin please submit the information to Stacy Taylor at or call the church office at (334) 274-1018. The deadline for all bulletin items is Tuesday at Noon.
